Bengal Refrigeration Co. Ltd. established in 1958 by the Present Managing Director Mr. Stephen Gomes. At the early stage the company was focused in repairing, servicing, installation of various industrial and household; refrigeration and air condition machines. Later in 1977 Bengal Refrigeration was the first company who received progressive manufacturing permission from the government for the production of Air-Conditioner, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, Water Cooler, and Water Heater. In 1982 the company received certificate of incorporation and turned into a family limited company. The company became well known for its expertise in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Field. Bengal refrigeration took part in Dhaka International Trade Fair in 1995, 1997 and 1998 as well as in government initiatives to imply Montreal protocol (Conversion of CFC to no CFC).
